Expand the existing European supply chain operation to aid growth and enhance the service proposition.

THE CHALLENGE

To evaluate the current European Supply chain and make recommendations on future network configuration and steps to achieve it
Then to develop and lead an RFQ to source a partner to implement the optimum network configuration

OUR APPROACH

Discovery: Gain business understanding via facilitated workshops, data gathering & analysis
Evaluation : high level modelling of current supply chain against future growth factors and business requirements to demonstrate where change is required and the key decision points to achieve this
Market awareness: Through relationships, discussions and an RFI, provide a shortlist of potential service providers
RFQ: Development of a detailed RFQ and associated appendices, preparation of a shortlist of potential suppliers including assessment of operational and financial suitability
Review: leadership of RFQ process, issue and control of RFQ process, shortlist, business case preparation including participation in final supplier selection
Commercial: input and guidance into contractual negotiations and KPI setting
