Our involvement in this ever growing and dynamic market place has been focussed primarily on warehouse and transport networks, building bespoke models of potential solutions and calculating to business case level the commercial impacts of preferred solutions. For one particular client this year we started with a project brief to model 5 concepts and ended up with over 140 variations, each evaluated to cost line level.
