What we delivered
Developed bespoke Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework with four quadrants of focus
Created elemental questions that would give indications of performance to support the strategy when answered
Developed KPIs and metrics that would answer the relevant questions for transport and warehousing aligned to the BSC
Rationalised KPI suites to ensure that BSC was balanced in all four quadrants giving 360 degree awareness and performance tracking
Built KPIs from individual staff to executive management aggregation
Supplied calculation methods, purpose, relevance and application for each KPI at each reporting level
