“Following the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System, anticipated improvements in productivity levels were not being achieved. Bis-Henderson Consulting was engaged to carry out a complete review of the site. Utilising their considerable experience of operating in best-of-breed WMS environments, their consultants were able to identify the reasons for performance gaps and propose substantial improvements to work-flow processes, warehouse layouts and work-force planning.
