Previously with John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Tesco, Louisa has extensive experience in shaping supply chain strategy, influencing transformation, driving insight, and brings a pragmatism to risk management in fast paced, demanding retail environments.
Over her 10 years with John Lewis, she played a pivotal role in transforming the omni-channel supply chain.
Her time with Marks and Spencer presented similar challenges, her role dedicated to balancing eCommerce and shops in the Clothing & Home logistics network.
