Previously with John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Tesco, Louisa has proven her ability to shape supply chain strategy, influence transformation, support successful project mobilisation, drive insight, communicate at executive levels and bring a pragmatism to risk management in fast paced, demanding retail environments. Having played a pivotal role in transforming the John Lewis omni-channel supply chain, Louisa is passionate about developing supply chains that are fit for the future – commercially sustainable, aligned with business strategy and joined up end to end.
