With over 25 years in large retailers like John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Avon, Rob is a veteran of fast paced multi-channel and eCommerce businesses, in particular the warehouse at their beating heart. Rob was integral to the large scale complex infrastructure developments at John Lewis – from business case to designing warehouse layouts, to project managing the build and commissioning. He leverages a breadth of experience – from food and non-food, chilled and ambient, ecommerce and shops, stocked, stockless and final mile – to solve problems and improve the operations now and for the future.
Rob offers a unique mix of tactical and strategic supply chain optimisation expertise, stretching from industrial engineering standard minute values to 10 year strategic roadmaps. He is passionate about keeping it simple – ensuring straightforward and pragmatic solutions whether in network strategy, designing a process or layout or identifying efficiencies.
